BRENTWOOD, Tenn., August 8, 1994–Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA) today announced the promotion of two employees, Linda Walker McCutchen and Yolanda King, and the addition of Judy Phillips to the staff, according to Karen M. Porter, director of operations at Brentwood Services Administrators.

McCutchen has been promoted to administrative supervisor with responsibility for supervision of the medical claims representatives, client support and general office administration. Prior to her promotion, she was a claim examiner, responsible for handling workers’ compensation claims for BSA self-insured clients in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky. Previously, she had been in various positions in the Claim Department of the St. Paul Companies in Nashville.

King was named medical claims representative with duties including adjustment services for medical workers’ compensation claims for BSA self-insured clients in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky, as well as administrative support to field claim representatives. In her prior position, she was a claims assistant to the field claim representatives. Prior to joining BSA, she was a claims examiner for workers’ compensation claims in Tennessee for the Traveler’s Insurance Company.

Phillips joined BSA as a medical claims representative responsible for handling medical workers’ compensation claims for Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky. She also provides administrative support to field claim representatives. Before coming to BSA, she held a similar position with Dollar General Corporation in Nashville. Her past experience also includes positions in both the Underwriting and Claims Departments of the St. Paul Companies in Nashville.
