BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Oct. 7, 1996—Lisa Raley, Brentwood Services Inc. (BSI) senior broker, has recently received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) after successfully completing a rigorous insurance education program sponsored by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, according to BSI Chief Executive Officer/President Richard Hammer.

To earn the CIC designation, Raley demonstrated her professional competence through a combination of experience, formal training and a series of comprehensive written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, insurance management and agency operation.

Raley has worked with Brentwood Services since 1991.  As a senior broker, she directs operational aspects of developing and marketing new accounts for the specialty insurance firm based in Brentwood. Raley has previously served in the positions of account manager and senior account manager with BSI.

Raley is active in the Nashville branch of the National Association of Insurance Women Inc., and has received the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW).  She is also working toward her CPCU designation.  Originally from Erin, Tenn., Raley and her husband Andy Raley, are residents of Franklin.
